"Ashley's serves street style tacos which are well worth the wait. It is a walk up food truck, so nothing fancy which was fine for us. Your order is made fresh while you wait, but usually takes about 5-10 minutes. There are a few tables next to the truck to stand and wait for your order. The customer service was great, he was very patient with answering my questions. They accept cash and cards. I love the barbacoa beef tacos! The sauce tastes fresh and homemade."

"Great taco truck located at the gas station. I’ve gotten the birria tacos and my spouse has gotten the chicken quesadilla. We’ve gone multiple times and we’re happy every time. The portions are large and they include salsas, limes, and dipping sauce for the tacos. The quesadilla comes with guacamole and sour cream. It’s our spot for something quick and delicious."
